Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Item Return Policy 

In most cases, items shipped from ZOLOSS can be returned within 60 days after delivery or 90 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 110 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

60 DAYS PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

  1. If the merchandise is damaged, different, not working or other problem 
  2. Within 60 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  3. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  4. If approved, we will refund or resend the item.
  5. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the product is INTACT.
  6. If the product arrive damaged, different, or not working, Zoloss will offer the return shipping fee. If the customer needs to return the product with personal issues, the customer need to offer the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
